How I Rate:

5 stars — excellent, good writing, characters, and mystery. I’ll be looking out for more in this series.

4 stars — good, but a few problems. I’ll be looking for more in this series.

3 stars — okay, but not my favorite. If I find another one I’ll read it and I’ll give at least one more book a try.

2 stars — not my cup of tea, I didn’t like multiple things about this book. I probably won’t read more in this series.

1 star — nope, I didn’t like this at all. I will not read anything else by this author

This is not because I’m ashamed about my rating at all, but my tastes may not line up with other’s tastes and in a struggling, competitive market, I don’t think it’s fair to link authors to reviews about their books I really didn’t care for.
